Creative Partnership provides a predictable level of creative support each month. Unused capacity does not roll over to the following month. If the volume or complexity of tasks consistently exceeds the selected support level, Grafico may recommend adjusting the plan or defining certain initiatives as separate project scopes.

Let’s partner upAbsolutely! “Pause anytime” means you can put your banked hours on hold and pick it back up when you’re ready. If you pause on the 15th, you’ll keep your remaining hours for the 30-day cycle. You have up to 3 months to resume, after which these banked hours will be canceled without a refund.
Make as many requests as you’d like! We tackle them based on priority. The timeframe depends on the complexity, but most requests are completed within 24-36 hours. The number of requests we can handle simultaneously depends on the plan you chose.
Yes! Once you’re a client, you’re free to submit as many requests as you’d like within your Project Workflow, and we’ll deliver them in order of priority, as defined by you. A Project Workflow is a queue of active requests serviced by your dedicated team. The number of requests we can handle simultaneously depends on the plan you chose.
We put our heart into each project, revising and perfecting until you’re satisfied. Due to the effort we invest, we cannot offer refunds.

At Grafico we cover a wide range of creative services, but certain areas like photography, technical copywriting, and social media management aren’t part of our core expertise. However, we work with dedicated partners who specialize in these areas and can seamlessly step in to support your project. Have something specific in mind? Let’s chat, and we’ll connect you with the right professionals to ensure everything stays on track! Additionally, Marketing and Strategic projects are not part of Creative Partnership plans, although we can offer them separately.
Once we agree and you are ready to start, you’ll receive access to your client dashboard with a project request form. Your dedicated Project Manager will reach out within 24 hours and assign the right creative to your project. Expect daily updates until final delivery—easy and hassle-free!
Yes, you fully own all print-ready files tailored for your brand. If you require the working files we can provide them but keep in mind that paid fonts will not be packaged. Print-ready files are the final versions used for printing and cannot be edited. However, the original, editable files used to create these print-ready versions, called source files, remain accessible if needed.
Our Project Manager reviews your workflow to match you with the best creative talent based on your brand’s needs. For complex projects, we may bring in specialists for different stages, ensuring you get the right expertise every step of the way.
It’s simple! Just email us at info@designgrafico.ca to update your plan. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades and cancellations take effect on the next billing date. Just let us know at least one working day before your next billing date.
